Operating 38 systems tonight

Systems that run while the lights are off.

Noturn AI is an automation studio in Tallinn. We design, build and operate the agents and workflows that carry your operation through the hours nobody is watching — then hand you the dashboard.

What we build

Four things, built properly, run by us.

Every engagement ships something running in production. No slide decks, no pilots that quietly expire.

01 — Agents on shift

Autonomous agents that take the first pass

Inbound triage, lead qualification, order exceptions, tier-one support. The agent works the queue and only wakes a human when the decision is genuinely theirs.

  • Grounded in your CRM, docs and history
  • Confidence thresholds you set, not us
  • Full transcript and audit trail per run

Order #48120 hasn't shipped and the customer is asking for a refund.
Carrier shows a depot delay in Riga. Reshipped overnight, refunded shipping, customer notified.
Anything for the humans?
One. The Riga depot has slipped 4 times this week — flagged for ops at 09:00.
02 — Orchestration

Workflows that stitch your stack together

The unglamorous plumbing that eats a day a week: re-keying data, chasing approvals, copying between tools that were never meant to talk.

  • 400+ connectors, plus anything with an API
  • Retries, dead-letter queues, real alerting
  • Versioned and reviewable, like code

03 — Knowledge

Answers with the receipts attached

Retrieval over your contracts, policies, tickets and wiki — tuned until it says "I don't know" instead of inventing a clause that was never there.

  • Every answer cites the source paragraph
  • Permissions inherited from your systems
  • Evaluated against a real question set

04 — Roadmap

A plan your CFO can actually read

Two weeks inside your operation, then a ranked list of what to automate, what to leave alone, and what each one is worth in hours and euros.

  • Process map with measured time-on-task
  • Effort and payback per opportunity
  • Build order, dependencies and owners

A night on shift

22:00 to 06:00, inside a client.

One night at a Nordic freight client, handled without anyone awake. Keep scrolling.

Day shift closes. The agent picks up 61 open exceptions, sorts them by customer impact and starts at the top.

Carrier feed shows a Riga depot slipping. Nineteen shipments re-routed, customers emailed before they notice.

Sub-fifty-euro refunds inside policy are approved and issued. Anything above threshold waits in a morning queue with a recommendation attached.

One page lands in Slack: what happened, what it cost, what needs a human, and the four decisions waiting at 09:00.

Method

How a system gets built.

Four phases. You can stop after any of them and still own everything we've made.

Week 1

Sit with the work

We sit with the actual process for a week, timed. Where the hours go is almost never where the org chart says they go, and that gap is the whole opportunity.

Week 1–2

Rank by payback

Every candidate gets an hours-saved number and a build estimate. We start with the boring one that pays back fastest, not the one that demos best.

Week 2–6

Build in the open

Weekly working demos against your real data. Nothing goes live until it has run in shadow mode beside your team and agreed with them.

Ongoing

Stay on the pager

Monitoring, evals and drift checks. When a model or a supplier's API changes underneath you, that is our problem to notice, not yours.

Founder

You work with me, not an account manager.

I am Rico Parnaste. I started Noturn AI because I kept building the same thing for myself: small systems that quietly removed a job I did not want to do a second time.

I build products end to end — a restaurant floor system that reads camera feeds and talks to staff through earpieces, a set of macOS tools I use every day, a teleprompter I built because the ones I could buy were bad. I ship with AI agents rather than a department, which is exactly the leverage I am selling you.

Based
Tallinn, Estonia. Working across the Nordics and the EU.
Building
Restaurant floor system, macOS operator tools, a teleprompter nobody asked for.
Publishing
A YouTube channel documenting the builds in the open, mistakes included.
Approach
Agent-assisted delivery. Small team, short cycles, production or it does not count.
Engagements

Three ways to start.

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before we start. Indicative ranges — the final quote follows the audit.

We keep the systems healthy and keep improving them while you run the business.

  • Monitoring, evals and drift checks
  • Four-hour response, business days

Build your own number

Tell us the shape of it and we will price it here.

Same model we quote from. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send it.

01What should it take over?

02How many systems does it touch?

03Roughly how much runs through it each month?

04Who runs it after launch?

Indicative build
EUR

Pick at least one thing for it to take over and the numbers appear here.

Send this scope

Indicative only. The real number comes out of the one-week audit, and that fee is credited against the build.

Next step

Tell us which hour of the day hurts most.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring one process that keeps someone late and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating — including when it is not.
